South African Jazz musician Ray Phiri died at age 70 July 13, 2017 Gugu (I.e South African Jazz musician Ray Phiri, who founded the band Stimela and performed  with Paul Simon on Graceland tour, died yesterday of cancer at the age of 70, Associated press press.                                    Former Brazilian president Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva  has been found guilty  on corruption scandal, charges stemming from a scheme at the country oil company called PETROBRAS,  He was found Guilty by the lead judge Sergio Moro in  the multi- billion dollar corruption  probe known as -CARWASH ,It`s reported that Lula has been sentenced to nine and a half years of  imprisonment. His sentencing  also includes money laundering, bribery, influence peddling and obstruction of justice.   It is said that the Judge has not asked for the former president`S immediate arrest, he will remain free for appeal.
