Women get angry when they hear the word submission some do not even know what it means, they see it as a threat to women and a word that is used to subject women into weakness.
is that true

                          What is submission

--The action or fact of accepting or yielding to a superior force or ti the will or Authority of another person.

We always submit to one thing or the other, if you have not noticed,let me give you some example of when you are submissive without question.

• when you are driving you have to submit to the authorized speed limit at some point, otherwise there would be consequences.
• when we are at a place where there is no smoke sign.
• at the traffic light
• we even submit to judges and police officers even criminals.

There are many more places that we show submission, why DO we do that! is that we know the consequences if  we EVER  do otherwise.


Now as  wives, after you  submit to all of the above, don´t you think it is against the will of God when you decide  NOT to not to your  OWN husband.

 1 peter 3 : 1 -6
 Wives, in the same way submit yourselves to your own husbands so that, if any of them do not believe the word, they may be won over without words by the behavior of their wives, 2 when they see the purity and reverence of your lives. 3 Your beauty should not come from outward adornment, such as elaborate hairstyles and the wearing of gold jewelry or fine clothes. 4 Rather, it should be that of your inner self,the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is of great worth in God’s sight. 5 For this is the way the holy women of the past who put their hope in God used to adorn themselves. They submitted themselves to their own husbands, 6 like Sarah, who obeyed Abraham and called him her lord. You are her daughters if you do what is right and do not give way to fear.

Being submissive has to come from a woman as a way to please God, it does not matter if your husband does deserves it or not , it does not guarantee you a husband that would love you and never treat you bad, but it does guarantee you Gods recognition and blessing .
when ever you submit to your husband never allow yourself to think that you are being used or abused by doing the right thing, even if it is hard doing this just do it for God and keep in mind that you do submit to many other things apart from your husband, so it would not make any difference or make you seem lesser of a human, remember, it would never take anything from you rather it will add More of Gods blessing and love.


 submission does not necessarily mean you should agree to everything

Ephasians 5:22 wives submit to your own husbands as to the Lord

now all "Christian women know what it means to summit as to the
(as to the  Lord) ---is the key here.  
meaning that wives should summit to what is pleasing and GODLY.

WIVES ARE NOT BY ANY MEANS TO SUBMIT TO WHAT IS NOT AS THEY WOULD SUMMIT TO JESUS CHRIST.
WIVES NO MATTER WHAT NEVER SUBMIT TO UN GODLY AND SINFUL PRACTICES.
ANYTHING THAT IS ILLEGAL AS WE KNOW THAT THE BIBLE TEACHES US IN ROMANS 13 INVOLVING YOURSELF IN ANYTHING ILLEGAL BECAUSE OF SUBMISSION TO YOUR HUSBAND WOULD NOT BE GODLY AND A GOOD HUSBAND WOULD NEVER SUBJECT HIS OWN WIG=FE TO THAT AS THE BIBLE IS CLEAR IN THE GOSPEL  OF PETER WHEN IT URGES THE HUSBANDS TO BE CONSIDERATE OF THEIR WIVES.

BE CAUTIOUS OF WHAT YOUR HUSBANDS ASK YOU TO DO ALWAYS MAKE SURE IS ACCORDANCE WITH GOD`S WORD.



ALWAYS REMEMBER HOW KIND AND GRACIOUS GOD IS 
 God would never ask women to do things that are ungodly, SINFUL or illegal in the name of submission.
